Planting Marram Grass

Here we are at Dingieshowe about to plant marram grass. We planted an area of marram grass in the hope that it will take root and help save the sand dunes. Have a look some day and see if you can see any growth - you might notice some nice posters there too, designed by the P7s. Owen and Amy T spoke on Radio Orkney about the project - well done.
